One Breath Designs (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and how we use it. We sell handmade apparel and decals from Kapa'a, Kaua'i, Hawai'i.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Order and payment details handled by Stripe when you purchase (name, email, shipping address, payment confirmation). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Contact information you send us (for example email to onebreathdesigns@gmail.com or Instagram messages).
• Newsletter email if you join our mailing list (processed with Resend when that feature is active).
• Technical and diagnostic data such as browser type, device, IP address, request URLs, and error details, which may be collected by our host (Vercel) and our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) to keep the site reliable and secure.

We use personal information to:

• Process and fulfill orders
• Calculate and arrange shipping at checkout
• Respond to customer service requests
• Send order-related or (if you opt in) marketing emails
• Monitor errors, prevent abuse, and improve site security

We share information only as needed to run the store, including with:

• Stripe for payments and hosted checkout
• Shipping carriers as needed to deliver your order (label and tracking details after fulfillment)
• Resend for transactional or newsletter email, when used
• Vercel for website hosting
• Sentry for error monitoring and performance diagnostics

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and customers.

Our site and third-party providers (such as Stripe and Sentry) may use cookies or similar technologies needed for checkout, security, error monitoring, and basic site function. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect checkout.

Order and customer service records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Diagnostic logs retained by Sentry or our host are kept according to those providers' retention settings. You may ask us to update or delete information we control, subject to those requirements.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
