By using the One Breath Designs website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

One Breath Designs makes handmade dive-inspired apparel and decals in Kapa'a, Kaua'i, Hawai'i. Contact: onebreathdesigns@gmail.com.

Descriptions, photos, and prices on the site are provided as accurately as possible. Handmade items may vary slightly. We may update products, pricing, or availability without notice. Colors on your screen may differ from the finished product.

Orders are placed and paid through Stripe Checkout (hosted checkout sessions). A purchase is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment we have received for a cancelled order when required.

You agree to provide accurate checkout information. You are responsible for payment method charges authorized at checkout.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout (currently $1.99, or free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $25 or more). Carrier and tracking details, when available, are provided after your order ships. Returns and refunds are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, including full refunds and returns for up to 30 days after shipment. That policy is part of these terms.

Site content, product designs, logos, and graphics are owned by One Breath Designs or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, or reuse our designs or content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt security, scrape content at scale, or place fraudulent orders).

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Breath Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai'i, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your location requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
