Shipping & Returns

Orders are fulfilled by One Breath Designs in Kapa'a, Kaua'i, Hawai'i. Shipping is calculated at checkout: $1.99 standard shipping, or free shipping when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is $25 or more. Rates are shown in your cart and again in Stripe Checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, tracking details (when available) are provided by email or through the carrier used for that shipment.

Products are handmade in small batches. Please allow reasonable production and packing time before your order ships. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you at the email used at checkout.

We offer full refunds and returns for up to 30 days after shipment. The 30-day window begins on the shipment date.

To start a return, email onebreathdesigns@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We will confirm next steps, including where to send the item.

Returned items should be unused and in original condition unless we agree otherwise (for example, a defect or shipping damage). Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and review the return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order information. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
